After submitting request into Home Advisor, C&W Home Improvement contacted me within hours; viewed and gave estimate same day. (Hail storm damaged roof vent allowing storm water to enter house and flood part of ground floor). C&W sent someone out on a Saturday and charged regular rate. Had new vent installed in less that an hour and a half. Installer checked surrounding shingles and underlying roof. Said all were sound and no need for additional repairs. I appreciated the honesty. Timely, professional and friendly.

I had a water leak from the chimney flashing.They came Friday and gave me an estimate to redo flashing and build a cricket per request. Showed up Sunday and completed the job. Great job.

Project came out amazing. Mr Steve is very honest with his pricing and work. Even suggested not putting in skylight on metal roof due to leaking over time. His team was awesome cleaned up after there work everyday. Showed up on time and worked all day. Would def hire him again if needed for anything else.

The crew went right to work and wasted no time. They replaced a steel corrugated roof on our screened porch in 4 hours and cleaned up the scrap metal at a reasonable price. I recommend C&W.

Steve Comeaux and his crew were courteous, professional and honest. They repaired shingles on my mother n law's roof and wood and shingles on my roof. They were on time and finished job ahead of schedule, to my surprise. Will have hire them again in the immediate future.

Mr. Comeaux came and looked at job of repairing leak and gave a quote. Crew came out and caulked and replaced some screws. Stated job was done and was paid. I called back next day, still leaking. Crew came out and did more caulking, stated job was done. Next day, called again, as leak was still not repaired. I was told he was through with my job and he quit. So he was paid to repair a leak and did not repair it.

"08/07/2019 Looked at job to repair and fix leaks on Mr. B''s metal roof, original bid was $800 to replace and install new rakes on side of home and dormers. Leaks that were bid for and shown were repaired. Mr. B called back because of new leaks, sent my crew out twice free of charge to repair new leaks. After third call I explained to Mr. B I could not keep repairing roof free of charge. Mr. B replied "I guess I'm done with you". Original bid was $800 and customer did not want to replace the rake after all. It was in the original bid and I explained to Mr. B the material was nonrefundable but I would charge him $600 and I would eat the cost of materials."
