Craig responded to Home Advisor request very quickly. Came on time; very knowledgeable; efficient while repairing; patient with my questions. Repaired the AC with reasonable fee. Was certified to work on rooftop AC units, which not all companies can/will do. I now have C.W. Howell on my speed dial for any heating/AC work.

Craig was great and installed a mini-split system for us. He worked mostly without help and was meticulous. The system works great. Only feedback and room for improvement is with attention to detail e.g. repairing a small piece of the ceiling properly and cleaning up markings after the work is done. We would use him again for our basement in the future! The price is reasonable compared to the big companies. Happy to support family owned businesses.

Highly recommend! CW Howell installed a new air conditioner and heat system; they were fair priced, prompt, and very responsive. It was nice to deal with a family owned business and not a large corporation.

I had a great experience with this company. Craig, is a very pleasant and professional person. He was clear and honest with me from the first conversation. His rates are fair (not like the big chain companies that have ridiculous pricing and unprofessional workers). I will 100% use this company again and will recommend them to family and friends
