Estimate was accurate and work was completed on time and met expectations. Gate looks great and functions well. Would recommend CW to anyone.

I hired Chris to do painting and flooring in my home. He did very unprofessional work leaving gaps of an inch or more between the door frames and the new wood flooring. Also he was painting the full interior of my home. his painting was sloppy and the cut-ins were of poor quality. When these issues were brought up and he was informed that I was not happy with the quality of the work, (he had asked for some of the money before the job was complete to make payroll, so I was told) he did not come back to the job and would not return my calls. This conduct was very unprofessional.

Chris was very professional. He did a great job painting (main painting and willingness to touch up any areas I wante). He then really helped me with other non-painting related projects that needed addressing. I will work with him again.

Chris did much, much more work for us than painting, and his work overall was outstanding and timely. He went above and beyond. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

the tree was in a difficult place hanging over a fence and an arbor. It was removed without creating any damage to the existing structures. Thanks CW!

Mr Wilson did an excellent job and made the extra effort to coordinate his work with the current tenants. He also contacted me with any issues he encountered suggesting reasonable options and solutions. I am very pleased with the service I received and highly recommend him.

I initially hired CWPM for flower bed clean up and planting. Chris was so great to work with that I added gutter cleaning, door painting and plumbing repair to his list. He knows a lot about a lot, does a fantastic job and is very affordable.

the project took four weeks. it should not take that long for a 10 by 16 foot deck. Mr. Wilson did clean up after the job and all his employees were very respectful. I appreciated those qualities very much.

I hired this company (one person owner) to paint walls and trim in the whole house. His customer service and cooperation was great so I extended the offer to include linoleum in four rooms. The flooring work was acceptable but the painting was unacceptable and sloppy. No organization and too many shortcuts. (Skipped a lot of trim work he thought didn't need to be painted). I asked that it be corrected but he only worked at it one day and then abandoned the project. He did make a good faith gesture by giving me a financial allowance but that does not make up for what was promised.

We would use CW Property Management again..I would recommend him to anyone..He did a good job and did it for a fair price..

Working with this company was one of the best experiences I have had with contracted work. I felt at ease to have my vision and ideas heard and realized. A relationship of mutual respect in regards to time, communication, and expectations was quickly established by Chris which easily allowed me put my trust in him and his work. I was not dissappointed. I am very satisfied with the quality of the products and service and happy with his approach to unexpected/inevitable events (i.e., weather, changes, oopses). Excellent company, excellent value, excellect service, excellent end product - curb appeal!
