I would have rated C&W a five star rating except for the cleanup of the grounds after the job was completed. Bret was very good and responsive to all my calls. The follow-up by their foreman was excellent, he did a great job. The workmanship was exceptional and I was very pleased with the overall project.

Really cannot say much about their work because they did not do any. The reason why they never sent a quote as I was told they would. The fellow that came to look at the project said I would get his quote either that day, or maybe later that evening, or even the next day. He even confirmed my email address during his inspection of the work I needed. Well, it is Friday and so far nothing has been sent I would prefer another company get involved. Not very confident hiring a company that does not respond timely as they said they would in sending a quote. How can I trust them to show up to do the work if this hard to even get the quote? I realize my job is small and may not be worth their while to even schedule but if that is the case then a courtesy call would be nice and if this is the case the job is too small. Then they should not be one of the choice recommendations. In fairness I have not reached out directly via a phone call to you but then again should I have to do additional follow up on my own just to get service that a company normally should be doing trying to get new business. I guess I was thinking I am the customer, not the other way around. I am sure there are reasons for the delay however it is not the best way to begin building a relationship with a new client/customer.

We needed a letter regarding the condition of our roof, from a licensed roofer. They charged us $200 for the letter. Needed cash. I assumed that they were set up for debit via Home Advisor. We have not gotten the letter yet. MOF, the **guy** (Brett) was just here 2 hours ago. The company returned calls, texts, and emails promptly.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
They came out and inspected the problems, but insisted they could only deal with the roof leakage. Not gutter cleaning or prevention of moss growth. However, they never returned with a quote for the leakage issue.

We did say we could inspect your other issues and offer guidance if we could. However, we are not signed up for gutter or roof cleaning services with HomeAdvisor, and would not be able to be matched up with that."

I hired C&W Roofing & Siding for vinyl siding job on our screened in porch 24'0-ft x 14.0-ft and their work was so impressive that my wife insisted that we retain them to install siding to the inside of this porch, including the ceiling, lower walls and wrap the doors & studs & cupola. I remain completely satisfied with their work, professionalism, cooperation and communication which you rarely see in this day & time.
