In all things the spirit of an individual is imperative! Chris has a beautiful and genuine spirit. He not only takes pride in the work he does, but he takes pride in the way he treats people and doing right by them is a priority to him even at his own sacrifice if necessary. We recently purchased a home and had what we thought would be a few personalization's to make it our own. Unfortunately, we ran into unexpected issues that required immediate attention for us to be happy, and fall back in love with the home. Chris stepped in and reorganized his crew and schedule to take care of us WITHOUT hesitation, inflated charges, and unnecessary run-arounds/delays. He knew how important it was for us to transition into our new home. He doesn't display stress when under pressure, his demeanor is always professional, genuine, calm and consistent. He didn't have a sales pitch and a bunch of photoshopped pictures. He was humble and under promise, but over delivered. He took our project personally! We have already hired Chris to complete additional modifications/projects over the next year, and will always keep him at the TOP of our preferred contractors list to service our home. STOP here and call CW Smith Construction don't waste your time searching any further! My only advice to Chris is to simply keep doing what he is doing!

The morning after I contacted them Brian was here to do the actual repair not just give as assessment of the work. He was done in about and hour & a half.

CW helped me out with a small roofing project. We had a leaky flashing around our chimney, and he applied a sealant product that got us all fixed up. He did plenty of due diligence and knowledge sharing before the project, so I knew what to expect, and most importantly he priced the project fairly, sharing the time need and his hourly rate. I really look forward to working with CW on bigger projects in the future!
