Chris was great! Our furnace went out in below freezing temps and he responded quickly. He was fair and very honest and did not take advantage of our vulnerability given the severe weather conditions. We were very grateful for his expertise and will use him when it is time to purchase a new furnace and for all our service needs too.

Chris guided me through the process of removing and installing a new Softheat heater and there were no surprises. He was pleasant and explained everything as he went. I was delighted with his service and will use him for any electrical task or to maintain our Daikin heat pumps if needed.

He was thorough, informative, clearly explained answers to my questions, promptly diagnosed the problem, then installed a thermostat to replace the one that no longer worked. He was quick & knowledgeable. I’d definitely call him again if I had electrical or heating/cooling problems.
