"At no time have we ever started a job and not finished it nor will we ever do such a thing. We came by as a courtesy to troubleshoot and provide a free estimate to repair your sprinkler system issues. Upon troubleshooting nothing was wrong and we spoke for a week and a half on and off as it was working fine then would not work for a day etc. I do apologize we were unable to resolve your intermittent sprinkler issue. At no time did we send an estimate nor did we in fact start a job with you to warrant such a review."
