Jordan and his team did 3 separate projects for us and I can easily say he exceeded all our expectations. Not only was the quality and craftsmanship top-notch, but his communication and flexibility throughout the project were outstanding - from the initial consultation to the final punch list. Working with CTM was GREAT! We were looking for cabinets for a kitchen remodel. We started getting quotes from the "box" stores with prices that seemed a little crazy for what we wanted. I was contacted by others through Home Advisor that came out and did the measurements but never sent or called with a quote. Jordan and his team were great from the start. Jordan did the measurements on a Saturday morning and we received drawings for approval on Monday morning. We made add-ons after the drawings had been approved and Jordan ran with it and got us what we wanted to. Jordan was able to get the cabinets installed 2 weeks earlier than we had expected which is great because I really wanted to get this remodel completed. Jordanâ s customer service is great! His communication from start to finish was phenomenal. If we had any questions or issues he would answer or fix anything that came up. I would highly recommend CTM to anyone looking for cabinets. Jordan has been fabulous to work with; seeks to understand your vision, makes appropriate suggestions for enhancement and (to this point) delivers according to his stated timeline.

The owner is nice, but not very professional. I hired the company to build shelves and bottom cabinets along one wall on either side of a fireplace. I called several pros and his price was a little higher than most, but I wanted something nice so I went with his bid. I paid the down payment the first week of November, but he didn't actually get to the work until mid-January. He first had a hard time 'finding' the payment which I made online on his system and eventually said he would get to it by the end of the year. The end of the year came and went and no work was done. He rescheduled a few times and promised start dates that he delayed for one reason or another. I had to constantly text him to ask him to schedule my work after I paid him. Once they finally came out, 2 and 1/2 months after I paid the deposit, the crew completed the work promptly and it looked good. But, a couple of days later as I was putting books on the shelves, two of the shelves broke. I immediately texted him and he told me that they had had the same problem with other units because the holes weren't drilled deep enough.' He promised to come out and fix them. Again, it took numerous texts and calls on my part to get him to schedule a time to come out and fix the shelves. I had already paid him in full by this time and he was very slow to come back out. He finally did come out and fix the broken shelves about 3 weeks later. I find it a little ironic that after it took him so long to do the work after I paid him, he contacted me the day after his crew finished asking for the balance of the money owed right away. The shelves look good and I haven't had any other problems since he came back to fix the broken ones, but I would not hire this company again. It's not worth the aggravation.
