SUMMARY: Deceptive/fraudulent additions to price after the fact. No itemized charges. Ran my charge card without my signature. DETAILS: At the recommendation of a friend, I called Cabralez when I needed my septic tank serviced. They came out, did the job, and apparently completed it satisfactorily. I was unfortunately very ill at the time, and my disabled adult son was the one who spoke to them at my home. He brought me in the charge slip, and I was livid at the HUGE total. (Also unacceptable (and possibly illegal/fraudulent?) - they had neither obtained MY signature for MY charge card, nor had they provided any itemization of the charges). Their response was that their office was a substantial distance away, and a **Travel Charge** had been added! In our phone calls, in our text messages, in our scheduling and discussion of my location… NEVER was such a charge mentioned! And thus, obviously, never did I agree to it! (Had they bothered to disclose this fact, I would clearly have found someone closer to me!).
