Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
While he was at my home , he could never get the contract to print from his iPad . I have excellent internet (Starlink ) and a reliable printer . Thus I never received the contract . The gravel
Replaced was not the color we agreed upon . He purchased a different color
He was in a rush to get the job done and they did not fix the wiring on the lights , nor place the proper irrigation heads . He also charged me :$280.00 for yard maintenance and left weeds & wild tree branches not pruned .i spent over 21k on this job and just had to pay some $2750.00 to come and do the repairs that he was suppose to . I gave receipts and videos of the yard and the work that was r done . He did not retire the lights that were not working and check the irrigation heads putting the proper ones on gfi the plants he placed .

Tree Trimming
Hired to clean up yard, ie; trimming trees , shrubs etc, repair and replace landscape lighting, check irrigation and remove existing gravel, place weed protective barrier and replace all gravel. The lights were not all fixed , were spaced unevenly and the gravel supplied was not what I had chosen , but a different color. Despite several promises to make things right, it has never happened. Yet, they still want to do monthly maintenance on my yard for $286.00 and bid on other large projects that I have. Also in addition, my water bill is now $150.00 more per month. They actually left a broken light inthe yard . There are a total of 5 lights that do not come on. Another issue was that I had a hard time getting a copy of the estimate, and bill etc as it seemed his I pad was never working. I have lots of pictures but am unable to upload onto this site. For an almost $19,000.00 job and where I paid for all of the equipment, I feel that I was taken. Would not recommend!

"Hi Paula, sorry that you are unsatisfied with the project. Just want to clarify that you chose the gravel color yourself. We agreed on a full landscape light install on east side of yard. The lights that you are talking about are on a different area. Not from the area where we did the install. I have a video of the finished product if anyone wants to see. The landscaping guys did a great job. All of our plants, palms and shrubs needed major trimming and now our front and back yard looks nicely manicured. Good communication and a fair price. I definitely would recommend them to others.

Cesar and the Arizona's Toughest Landscapers team provided professional, excellent, timely, and comprehensive services for landscape management, weed removal, yard cleanup, and shrub trimming at a great price for my single family detached home near downtown Gilbert.
The company owner provided an on-site visit and same day quote within 3 days of our first contact. Within 7 days of initial contact the contractor team provided the full service landscaping and exceeded all expectations.
The price paid was the price quoted.

Tree Trimming
When they were trimming the shrubs, bushes, and inner trees, there were irrigation lines running to water the plants. Some of these lines were accidentally cut. Because there was no water running at the time, they didn t realize what happened. A few lines were just beneath the surface and were hit during trimming. After they finished the project, the owner asked when they would complete any remaining work. The customer replied that they would return, but they never did. It s been three weeks. Something wasn t completed. When they moved the plants, they shifted them about six feet to a area with exposed rocks. They should have moved them back to their original locations.

I had a huge tree in my yard, well over 70 feet tall, and these guys handled it like pros. They showed up on time, brought all the right equipment, and made the job look easy even though it definitely wasn’t. The crew worked safely and efficiently, and they cleaned up everything before leaving no branches or mess left behind. I was impressed with how carefully they managed such a tall tree. They took the time to make sure all of my lawn and tree needs have been met. My tree trimming project was done perfectly and my trees look so much better now. They have taken the time and care to make sure my irrigation system was at 100% before seeding and fertilizing my lawn area so that it can be done right. Really great company. Was in a pinch, scheduled the service on a Wednesday. They came Friday morning and completed the job quickly and professionally. They cleaned up all the debris and left the area tidy. They are very fair with pricing. 10/10. I would recommend my family to use this company.

Needed to find a new landscaping company for our home property to trim several trees and get set up on a regular maintenance schedule for lawn and shrubbery. Sent out a request through Angie’s List and in short time was contacted by several companies for quotes. Prompt professional communication with owner Cesar at AZ TL, LLC was a strong factor choosing them for the job. Was a pleasant surprise as well when Cesar reached out to let me know they could fit me in for service the next morning as opposed to what originally would’ve been a few days out. My wife and I are happy with how the yard and thoroughly trimmed trees turned out and we look forward to continued service with Cesar and his team.

They were several hours late and couldn?t speak English. They Misunderstood payment method and charged 4% fee for credit card. Never mentioned it before hand. Although it was done correctly.

This was the smallest and easiest job we?ve ever done. Remove 5 tiny sprouts. I understood everything about this little job. You said you wanted to pay with CC I told you there would be a 4% processing fee and you agreed. The processing fee was a total of $4. If $4 was so hard for you to give then I can refund the $4."
