First of all, I never take time to write a review but I cannot let anyone else lose their money from hiring this terrible contractor. Like one of the reviewers named Marilyn said, he came to walk through my home, and provided a quote, while sounding knowledgeable in the process. However, once the work started (even though he pushed the start date out for 2 days), Tony did not show up and was not able to give me a clear idea on exactly what days and times he would be at my home. In addition, he does not even know if his crew of 1had shown up to do work for the day, as promised. Being that he was not present often to manage the project, it was hard for him to even know what was going on in my home. I was appalled by the fact that his work did not include keeping things clean, i.e. taking care of homeowner's contents, as I even found my bathroom rug laying in the middle of my bed when I came home one night, and tons of bugs and mosquitos everywhere. Tony and his small crew did not cover my belongings, floor, or furniture and the painting job became a nightmare on my new wood floor and dust throughout the entire home. As a public notice, I would run far away from this business and not use them. I would give a zero star on all categories, if the rating scale would allow me to, but it does not so I gave them the lowest score of 0.5. He never finished the work he was hired for because I had to terminate him for cause.

When I hired cadena inc. Tony seemed very knowlegable and capable to do the work that I needed done. But as it turned out he was unable to complete the job. He was often late or just didn't come at all and did not answer or return my calls,the five to ten day completion schedule he gave me turned into fifteen days before I decided to let him go and find a competent contractor. I will not refer this company to my worse enemy.

At the end of the job, supervise the clean up, I had to do all the clean up - saw cuttings were left on the ground when a waste can was no more than 2 meters away. Cut drip edging tins and cuttings were left where they fell. Screws and nails that were dropped were not picked up. Because the job required non-standard materials I supplied them and by error some of my supplies got mixed in and were packed up and went on their truck. I related this to them and my supplies were identified at another jobsite. I was told they would be returned in about an hour or two...I have never seen them since?
