I had them scheduled for a 9:30 appt. for carpet & blinds. Didn't show up, so I called. He had forgot and would call when done with the current appt. and come around noon. He didn't call but showed up around noon. He was here for less than one hour to clean 2 rooms, hall, & stairs. When starting the blinds, he informed me that a part needed to do blinds was broken, he would come back on Fri. After the carpets dried, I found a black streak caused by the cleaning machine, which he covered up with our recliner and the carpets were still dirty. I planned to discuss w/ him when he returned. But, he didn't show up and won't return calls!!
