Cady Landscape

Super nice and very patient.

Mike was very professional and courteous. He came to the house, reviewed my project and the choices available to me and emailed me with an estimate. Once I acccepted his estimate, he was here in 3 days, finished the project beautifully and stayed true to his estimate.

Would highly recommend and have done so several times. Great work, courteous workers and reasonable!!

Great Service. Very professional.

He was very professional and Thorough. He explain the intire job to me an my wife. Plus he was on time everyday, which is Anice change.

Mike was easy to get in touch with and he always returned phone calls. He let us know when he would be onsite and he arrived as scheduled. We had sod installed installed we are very happy with the results. Mike spent time explaining the process and making sure that we knew how to take care of the lawn to prevent any issues.

Mike Cady is one of the best subcontractors that I have ever hired to do work! He was prompt to return calls and to answer questions, and when this person says he will do something-- you can depend on it because he means it! It was refreshing to deal with a Company like Cady Landscape who did what they said they would do.

Consistantly on time and completed the job in a timely manner.

Mike Cady came out and met with me and gave me an estimate, he was very friendly and informative. He kept me up to date as to when the job would be done and came in and finished the job in a very short period of time. My lawn is better than I ever expected and it even came in under budget. He was able to answer any and all questions that were asked about the maintenance of our lawn and it was a pleasure working with such a professional business owner. I would recommend his work to anyone.

Very professional, reliable, and personable. Would recommend Mike Cady without hesitation. Walkway came out beautifully, even better than we expected. He cleaned up site every day and leaving it spotless. At the end of the project he brought in loam to complete the job, and really give it a totally finished look. Only small issue was he made a change in the size of the granite steps which did save us money but we would have probably still elected to go with the granite size from original estimate. This problem would have been a much bigger deal if we weren't so pleased with the job as a whole. All in all, we are very satisfied with the work and hope we have opportunity to recommend Cady Landscaping to others.

Mike Cady was very good about getting back to me quickly and trying to set up an onsite inspection. Unfortunately, some major excavation and moving the underground power service needs to be done before I can start this project. We spoke on the phone and Mike provided some very helpful information about pondless fountains and I planned to call him when I was ready to do the project. But I recently asked him a follow-up question about something he mentioned when we were talking and he did not respond. So I'm not sure if he's no longer interested in doing the job or if he thinks he can' handle the job. He did tell me he had never done a fountain with a stone as large as the one I was talking about. So now I don't know whether he's going to be the guy or not.
