CafCo

I cannot recommend anyone do business with CafCo. My garage build is closing in on two months overdue and it's not close to being finished yet. I've been lied to multiple times and now cannot get in contact with the company.

Very poor communication. Does not follow thru with what he tells you. Progress is slow. We hope that the next process will go better, right now we are waiting on cement

Absolutely and totally unexceptable did not arrive at time they scheduled to start two weeks late crew had no idea on how to install metal roofing job still not done Bill Capirelli owner has not come to job site to correct problems he said he would Take care of demanded payment immediatley wish I had never paid him would not recommend him to anyone suggest you remove him from your list of reputable people to do work .

You need to be inspecting their work a couple times a day. Built a garage/shop and wanted stepped overhead door sill to keep out wind-driven rain. Contractor said yes - didn't happen. When the wind blows, in comes the water. Builders framed OH doors incorrectly but fixed before door installation. Siding has shrunk and I need to recaulk building. They subbed the roof and re-roof of house. Cap vent on house got wind damage within 6 months of install. Have been trying for 2.5 years to get Cafarelli to arrange repair. I hear lots of excuses and promises yet no repair. He is fast to show to get contract signed and pick up his checks but slow on the rest. His laborers are nice.

Bill at Cafco charged extra beyond the contract for gravel and grading. It seemed fair so we paid the extra at his word the gravel would be placed and spread. Nearly 2 years and many phone calls later we gave up on it ever being done. We live 850 miles away and couldn't check when he would say it was done. Many times he said it was, blamed others for it not being done and was hard to reach by phone, not returning calls, etc. A very poor business man and a very poor experience.

He was unattentive to what we asked for. He had to reframe the garage doors. He didn't show me the plans before he started. Framing wasn't done right concrete wasn't done right either. They poured the wrong garage. He was very difficult to get a hold of. His subcontracting did all the work and he was never there. I paid him and he still has not paid the subcontractors on this. Its better off that you are the general contractor then dealing with this guy.

you have to stay on top of them to get anything done, things had to be done and then redone the right way. the only reason we got somethin half decent is because i had a backround in construction.

The contractor did not pull a permit which caused alot of problems. We were told that the project would be finished the day that we made our final payment, but instead received a stop work permit from the city. We had to resolve those issues ourselves, which we did. Now the contractor has been paid for months and we are left with an incomplete project and broken promises. DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS!

I'm firing him right now.

The roofers were quick and efficient. Clean up was great and I now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood.

Bill is very charasmatic, the people he hires are fast! The quality is still in question because he has not come by to do a final walk through, I have some concerns about the trim not mathching up and they dropped shingles near my garage and left marks on my door. I will change my rating when I have the lifetime guarantee he promised and the trim issue resolved.

We changed from a metal roof, and went with shingles.

I would not recommend this contractor. He was never on site and multiple things had to be redone because he never overseen the jobs. Our addition/remodoel was supposed to "easily"be done in 3 mo. and now it is 6 mo. later.He did a good job at helping with the design but the actual construction of it was completely unorganized. Workers would show up randomly and most often during the weekends. My husband was the one who actually did most of the organization and direction to the workers..NOT the contractor.We had liens on our house, and multiple workers said they were not paid by the contractor bill and complained about him..Horrible experience

The end result looks wonderful. The workers were polite, cleaned up after themselves and personable plus did a good job! The timing was a bit of a problem for me, but it all worked out in the end. I did recommend them to a neighbor and he is having new siding put on next week!

Other then him not giving me an itamized like i ask for three times he did the job in one day and for les then i thought it was going to cost.

I'd hire his workers in a mintue. Bill is too complicated to work with, never knew what was going on, never came out to the site to see, i had to always ask "when will X be done" very frustrating to work with! He crew was great though!

I rated this contractor 3 in all categories because I haven't seen the work...I hired him...the work is done.

For six months I have been getting the run around from this company. The last appoinment we had they were a no call no show....I look forward to updaing my rating once they complete the work.

This guy is FAST.... Don't blink, because the job will be done.

met with representative. agreed to bid on 30 year architectual shingle. install done int 3 days

These roofers did a good job. They were fast and effecient. They cleaned up all the debris that was left. We didin't like the fact that we have no receipt or warrenty papers on the installation or the roofing material. We still are expecting these papers. Otherwise we were pleased with the job.

We have not even started the project yet. So far we're pleased with the preliminary bid. Thankyou
