"The employee sent was on overtime, a Saturday. The employee did leave twice, once to take his wife to work, other was for lunch. According to the employee, the client was indecisive on curtain rod locations. The client also told the employee that the desk was an easy install, however, our employee called into the office to inform that the desk turned out to be very complicated with extensive instructions and that it will take several hours if not two days to install. The desk was damaged right out of the box, which was documented and the employee did notify the client about it before he completely removed the piece from the box. This job "according to what the client explained to us over the phone" should have only taken 4 hours to complete but due to the complexity of the desk, the employee assigned to the job could not finish within the time allowed and stayed later than anticipated and he did request someone else from Cage Development to complete/finish. Cage Development contacted the client and explained that because of the complexity of the desk that we would send someone else to complete the desk install that following Monday. The client did initially agree and understood, (which we have on record) however, the client the following day, and days following never did answer any further calls or text from us in the attempt to follow up and reschedule to finish. The client was very difficult to work with and later became unreachable. - This client was never charged for any of our time."
"To Cage Viewers, Our company's standards are very high, we treat every customer with up-most respect and with quality work. This particular customer was no different, we performed work specific to the job ticket created by the customer, which did not involve any leak. We got a report of a leak 18 hours after the completion of our work. We were both sympathetic and concerned, we offered our services at no additional cost, he did refuse. Without going back to the property to determine the real cause or source of said leak, we can only speculate. In our defense, the temperatures did dip down well below freezing the night after initial repairs were done by us, without the proper protection on pipes, a leak is very likely to occur. We truly regret this was an unsatisfied customer, and have added new rules to all of our staff. Thank you, Mgr. Cage Development"
