Used for move in home cleaning, I think the house was cleaner prior to their arrival. There were streaks left on hardwood flooring, sinks and showers had not been cleaned, dust and dirt still remained in numerous areas.

Iitems that were moved were not returned to where they were found. Items were thrown out without permission.

"We are very sorry about this issue that you may have had with us but we were under that the impression that you was satisfied. We always take good care of our customers. As I can remember now you called us 2 weeks later about item that was missing But you later found it on the phone with us. Again we apologize about any issue But again you made us feel like you were very satisfied. If there anything we can do we will be gladly to take care of it. We thank you again for using our services. D. Freeman"

I was surprised and impressed with the quality of service. I did not even ask for my ove to be cleaned, but they did anyway. It looked brand-new on the inside when they finished, and I saw the same care and effort taken with the rest of the house. I would definitely recommend Caja.
