I had an immediate call back and then received exceptional service within several hours. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently, and I was also very pleased with the price. Frank even provided some advice on other questions related to the HVAC system. I am keeping his card handy!

We were having an issue with our heat not clicking on and although it was a the height of the holiday season Frank took the time to make a few suggestions over the phone and when I couldn't get those to work he came right over and took care of the issue so we were able to stay warm through the next cold snap. Much appreciated!

my problem: i'd had my air ducts vacuumed out after some construction and the company i'd hired told me i had mold all through my a/c system. i was worried and wanted a second opinion. frank called me immediately after i placed my servicemagic request and came out to the house the same afternoon. he told us not to worry, that we do not have mold in our system, but showed my husband a few places in the unit that were dusty and should be cleaned. he also told us what kind of filters to buy to help clear up the dust. not only was he helpful, friendly and courteous, he did not charge us for the brief call. thank you, frank.

responded by phone within 5" of listing the problem with the internet service, quoted a fixed price of $89.95 for the service call without overtime charges as the service was to take place after 6 PM, was at my front door within 45", spent about an hour and a half solving my central air conditioner water drain blockage problem and charged the agreed upon fee with no extras. I've known Frank for 10 years now, since 2000, I won't let anyone else touch our system within our home. A most wonderful individual; I would not recommend anyone more highly then him.
