Mr. Olivier is very professional. He takes time with the customer, he is friendly, he explains what he's doing and why he's doing it-absolutely great customer service and repair work. He called me immediately upon getting the request. He came at 8 o'clock the following morning to work on our AC. And then he returned in the afternoon just to follow up and check the system again. Couldn't ask for better service.

Very prompt, most of all very courteous, felt very comfortable with, got the JOB DONE!! Should I need service again, I know who to call. Thanks Cajun Air Service!!

The moment I requested service for my air conditioning on Angie's List I received a call from Mr. Olivier with Cajun Air Southern Heat at 9pm on a Sunday. Even when the website said they were closed all day Sunday! I was so blown away by the speed at which he scheduled the appointment, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the problem. We scheduled for him to come out Monday around 1-2 pm. He was here for noon, replaced my contactor and capacitor, charged me (reasonably) and was gone by 12:45pm. Mr. Olivier was so personal and friendly and I feel he genuinely cares about his job and the services he provides. The service was efficient. The prices were great. I hope I never have to get work done again but if I do, Cajun Air Southern Heat will be my first and only call!

Arrived on time .. very polite person.. very knowledgeable about his business.. was kind and explained what he was doing and why. You won t be disappointed if you call on his services.

Mr. Tim was very nice and didn t mind my little dog barking at him! He joked about it and we made small talk while he worked. He showed me what he was doing and explained what was what. He gave me tips to keep up my ac central unit as well. I would definitely call him again if I have any other issues in the future! Highly recommend!

Found our problem in minutes, very friendly and fast service, fixed the unit and gave great tips on maintaining both outside and inside units. Would highly reccomend for your A/C needs.
