They respond quickly. They did a good job. However, I would not hire them again. $165 is very high for a service call minimum. In my opinion.

I tried to have another company do this work. They didn't even return my call. David returned my call within minutes and repaired the leak within an hour! This most very impressive, especially with all contractors being so busy with flood issues. Thank you!!!

I had two other companies come to fix the same nagging problems, but they can never seem to find out what was causing my plumbing issues. Cajun maintenance took the time to find the source and all three issues were fixed. The fixtures worked beautifully upon completion.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
They were very professional and very quick. The guy and his helper came over, looked at the problem, had to go to the hardware store to get the part they needed, came back, and fixed it within 30 minutes. The price I was charged for parts and labor was VERY reasonable compared to other plumbers I've used in the past. I will defiantly use them again if I need a plumber.

Gas Piping
This company may be great at some most of the things they list on their website and here on Home Advisor but our job apparently is not one of their strong suits. First of all they did not disclose up front the "walk in the door" fee as stated on their own website. I would not have even moved forward had I known. Did not remedy the issue and left us with exactly what the issue was before they visited. No info on other remedies and who, what, where, when and how to accomplish a fix.

This is to cover the expense related to sending out our master licensed plumber, fuel, time, etc. Unfortunately, we have to charge the service call fee to avoid running all over Baton Rouge giving free estimates. We got an immediate response and the work was completed within 3 - 4 hours of my inquiry. We were surprised when a Master Plumber showed up and performed the work himself! He was neatly dressed and very professional. We highly recommend Cajun Maintenance!

Called Tuesday to have hot and cold water connections replaced for a washing machine. Came the next day as scheduled and made the repair. I have no comparison for price so the 4 stars.

the only issue we had was that they were suppose to disconnect an extension on our gas line that we no longer use and apparently there was a miscommunication between the person I spoke with and the actual plumber. Kinda my fault but the time had to be changed due to their schedule and I had to get to a dr. spot. Other than that everything was great, great work, friendly and clean up. I would call them if I needed anything else done.
