When I contacted Cypress Plumbing, I did not expect someone to visit my home within twenty-four hours, evaluate the situation, and quote a cost to replace my water heater. Spencer Gilbeau's customer service and knowledge of his profession were excellent. He discussed the type of water heater the company recommended and why. Spencer also provided valuable information if I had wished to finance the cost of the water heater. When I contacted Spencer and informed him that I was ready to replace my water heater. As before, a crew from Cypress Plumbing visited my home ASAP, ready to work. They were professional, friendly, and able to answer the questions I asked. The young men worked from the time they arrived until they finished and cleaned up minor debris due to my water heater being in the attic. I hired Cypress Plumbing to replace the water heater in the house I had just bought last year.. They replaced not only the water but also checked the exhaust pipe and showed me how worn it was. The replacement was fast. When the water heater failed in September, they came back to install the replacement parts from the manufacturer quickly.
