"While we respect all client feedback, there are significant discrepancies between this review and our direct, recorded interactions with the homeowner. We must clarify the facts to address these inaccuracies. Contractual Scope & Pricing: This $28,000 remodel was a specifically budgeted project that included a 20% discount to accommodate the homeowner. The contract explicitly excluded the replacement of the drop ceiling and the exhaust fan; these options were presented during the planning phase, and the homeowner chose to forgo them to maintain her specific budget. We cannot be held responsible for the absence of upgrades that the client opted not to purchase. Code & Layout: This project was a 'pull and replace' within the existing footprint. The toilet remained in its original plumbing location as per the agreement; relocating it would have significantly increased the project cost. Furthermore, the vanity installed is the smallest model we offer and meets all local building code clearances. Professional Integrity: We take any allegation of 'taking advantage' of a senior citizen very seriously. Our documented conversations and signed agreements show a transparent process where the homeowner was given a substantial discount and exactly the services she authorized. It appears there is a misunderstanding by third parties who were not involved in the original budgetary decisions or the signing of the contract.
