An aluminum pergola was installed in our house by a contractor who used the services of this engineer to create the plans, the engineer who wrote the plans (Masood) was not professional enough because the pergola collapsed after 8 months, the engineer disclaims responsibility , luckily no one was under the pergola but big damage was caused to the property and the roof of The house, the city inspectors came to the place to check and the case is now investigating and a law suit has been submitted , you don't have to be a professional to understand that the plans the engineer approved were Mickey's mouse plans..save yourself and Do NOT use this engineer service! RUN, don?t walk..

Masood was very knowledgeable in docks and sea walls exactly what I was looking for. I’m a real estate agent and needed an inspector for a client of mine, someone with lots of experience and someone that can come out and do the inspection within a short period of time and Masood came through

Price is quite high but he is a structural engineer ...there is an extra charge for anything put in writing (over double what the initial consultation is) so please be clear when you negotiate terms...

Available on phone when necessary, responsive to email. Works with you to achieve the design you want. Not telling u how u need to sacrifice part of design. On schedule, on budget. Will use again. Very happy with results. Thank you

Their customer service and response was amazing. I am a realtor who had an issue 5 days before closing, and this company made everything happen. Would highly recommend.

She claimed that there was never a leak she had not been able to find. She could not our leak. She accepted the job of finding a leak in our structure. She was not able to find it.

Masood came from Miami to look at our job in Palm Beach Gardens on Labor Day weekend, and issued his report with drawings to us within 2 business days. He was very diligent, thorough, and conscienous. He patiently answered all my very laymen type questions and very responsive to my questions when I contacted him later. I will use Masood for for any other structural engineeing projects that I need.

I hired Calc Engineering to assess the horizontal, stair step and vertical cracks on the NE and SE sides of my home to see if there was any shift in the cinder block walls and cause for concern. I have water intrusion on the NE front bedroom, leading to black mold. I paid $350 for the initial assessment and an extra fee for Calc Engineering to write a report. Although happy the engineer (Massood?) was on time and came on a Sunday, his promise to have the report within a week was an empty promise. Also a bit skeptical; I had asked for a copy of his up-to-date insurance policy and his response was "Home Advisor does a thorough background check." Although supposedly true, why withhold sending it then. All of the other contractors or services I hired gladly sent it over. I would have given 5 stars if the report was done on time. I have a time constraint and this could hold up the process, Calc Engineering is currently at fault for me not being able to pursue my claim. I will call them in AM. The result was "my house seems structurally sound but cannot assess all since the previous owners patched several of the cracks." It was suggested I reassess the cracks in 6 months. In the meantime I went ahead with repairs, I have a feeling if I waited for Calc Engineering I would still be waiting. Sad, it started off so well. Responded to Home Advisor need for structural engineer, came over within 48 hours to assess property, and then went down hill from there. The report is vital to my claim. Now I just want my monies returned for the report since it is of no value to me late!

Masood came to my house in West Palm Beach and was able to determine whether a wall on my first floor was load-bearing. He was a pleasure to work with.

Masood was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and accommodating to my schedule. I’m in the process of remodeling my kitchen and wanted to check if the walls were load bearing. He was able to come out on a Saturday for a quick visit and confirmed that the wall wasn’t so I could remove it. He then followed up with a certified letter. I would hire again if needed in the future.
