Mike is very talented, and takes pride in his work. We had other quotes, but after speaking to Mike we decided to go with him because he took the time to listen and explain. the Patio, Walkway, and edging look amazing. He did a design, cut in circles and planting areas and built a walk way after removing a concrete walkway and pavers that were there already. Mike only uses Quality materials, took the time to make it right. We are so excited about the look of our patio, and neighbors have been stopping by to know who did white work. There is nothing like this in our development. It truly is custom work. Cant wait for the warm weather to get outside. Mike and family are invited to the 1st BB!

We were very happy with the work they did. We actually hired them to do a patio, but then asked them to do a paver/block front porch and walk way first. They finished the porch and walkway and did and awesome job.

We hired Mike to install a paving stone walk way. Mike was the most expensive quote we had got but he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to kind of guy. He showed up to start the job when he promised and was professional in his work. Mike deserves a 5 star rating if not for the misunderstanding we ran into, Mike and I talk alot about the installation when he quoted the job and as with any construction job there are some variables. Mike said amongst many other adjustments or ways he may do things with this installation that he may just have to put some stone in a certain area for drainage. Okay whatever it takes, I hired him to get the job done, he e mailed a contract over to me and scheduled a start date. Upon reviewing his contract we realised it lacked any detail of some specific areas of the job, It was writen as simple as customer will supply paving stones and Caldarise would supply all additional materials and labor to complete the work. When Mike showed up to start the project I immediatly questioned the lack of specifics in his contract, his price was quite high to begin with and we certainly wanted to be sure there weren't any hidden costs or extra's. Mike assured us that his contract was as detailed as needed and the job would be complete and there would never be a problem with him. Mike completed the Job got paid, it rained and the water was puddling and I say that lightly at the point where Mike originally said he may just have to put some stone. One of the details left to be a mystery in the contract, Mike now said that stone would be extra. It took months to get this worked out and complete. Mike deserves a 5 star for his knowledge and professinalism just be sure to get a professional contract at the start and I recommend you hire Mike.

My project was challenging - install "saved" paver patio after bulkhead was replaced. Mike was an artist! We didn't have enough brick to reach across the full length, so he framed the pattern out with a neutral gray brick. He also dug out the fill along the bulkhead, filled it with blue stone and compacted it, so the settling issues will never be a problem for us. Not the cheapest, but a great installation. Recommend highly.
