I contacted Tim first for several small plumbing jobs, one of which turned out to be a bigger task than we all thought. Having had a fantastic experience with Bradley doing that plumbing work, I asked Tim for a quote to re-do a half bathroom. All of the guys that came to the house to work, both for the plumbing issues, and the bathroom remodel were incredibly professional and personable. The work was excellent, and I will be looking to Tim and his guys again to do more work in the future.

Water Heater Repair or Service
Tim stopped by for a quote. The final price stayed the same. Tim's guys found a few other legitimate dangerous problems that they repaired at a reasonable addition. They explained everything very clearly. Very neat and professional. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again. I'm not a plumber but I know when someone is trying to milk me for every penny. Golden Rule Plumbing was the OPPOSITE of that. I will absolutely use them in the future.

Many local plumbers do not want to deal with sewer main problems. But golden rule did at a much lost cost (thousands less than some other bids) than companies doing only sewer work. Very pleased.

"We don't seem to have a Paul M. in our records back through the beginning of June. We do our best to estimate pricing over the phone when necessary based on information given to us by the customers. There are occasions where more work and material is needed to complete the job. My guess is that this may have been one of those occasions."

Worked with Bob Wilson (new hire to the company) and talked with Tim (the manager) on phone on Laundry Faucet installation. Excellent professional service. Price is very reasonable. Good communication on fix plan and charges in advance and they will stick to it, they will not argue/negotiate thereafter. Very good working attitude (No excuse, no waste of time, 1-2-3 done). This is the best plumbing service we've got these years. BTW, we've used Amazon, Home Depot, other top rated plumbing service in this area, etc., Golden Rule is by far the best in overall experience.

Tim Lasco, and his associate Bob, are expert plumbing contractors who can solve ANY plumbing problem! I have a conjoined sewer system in a townhouse development, and Tim has diagnosed and repaired a very badly designed sewer system, saving my property and my property value! He can fix anything having to do with pipes!!! I am so grateful I found his company!

I fired this contractor before install was completed because there were many delays and many mistakes. I wanted my fiberglass shower replaced and they tore out the old shower and side wall, tried to level out the corner walls but didn't do very well, installed tile unevenly, had to rip out and replace the niche for shampoo, etc, broke 8 or 9 pieces of expensive trim tile, put 1/2 round floor molding instead of 1/4", installed the wrong shower receptor (which was not the proper base for the glass they were going to install. The glass was on special order and took longer than expected and then I was told they were missing a part which would take another two weeks. All in all, between seven or eight visits from mid-December to end of February the job was not completed.

"We did have some issues on this job with timing and the weather. The shower base was exactly what the homeowner requested as far as size, the tile issue was created because the homeowner did not like the original niche design she chose. We did have issues with the door, but they were manufacturer related and completely out of our control. We were more than willing to stay and complete the job to the homeowners satisfaction, but she was unwilling to let us do so. As you can see by the majority of our reviews, we strive for excellence at a reasonable cost on every job we perform."
