Caldwell Remodeling and Repair, Inc.

good workers

Very professional.

Chris and his team were excellent. They were very professional, prompt and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again in future projects.

Chris was super prompt. Called him and had the work done within a week. Professional work for a very reasonable price. All around great experience.

My husband and I were looking to get some drywall repair projects done ASAP. Chris was able to come by within a few hours of my request on Home Advisor to give us a quote, which was very reasonable. The next day him and his crew began the project. The crew was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The drywall repairs look awesome! The best part was they took the time to thoroughly clean up after their projects! I am glad I found Caldwell Remodeling and will certainly use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

Hired for drywall repair in ceiling. I've used Chris before and was pleased with results and punctuality and professionalism. Not this time. Can clearly see the tape line in the ceiling. When I pointed this out to him I was told "Well that's what you get for $200. We can't keep going over it. And you had me throw in painting the ceiling". His tone was defensive and rude. I will not be yelled at in my own house. Painting is subpar. There is ceiling paint on the wall and wall paint on the ceiling. The cutting in was done haphazardly. His crew was nice and professional and he usually is as well. But don't you dare question his work apparently. He does not stand by his work. Funny thing, I was five minutes from hiring him to remodel my bathroom.

They were on time and very professional. Patched my ceiling dry wall in three rooms and painted. Good quality job.

They did excellent work; vaulted ceiling patch and drywall replacement of large hole in wall. Also did precise job of painting my large bedroom. Highly recommend Chris and his crew.

We have a vaulted ceiling in our Living Room and it was cracking in the corners and nails were coming through the entire ceiling. After they did the work, the ceiling looks brand new. No more cracks or holes. We also had them paint our Living Room and bedroom. They did an excellent job and we are very happy!

Good work

Chris and Chris were great. I needed some touchup painting done in my new townhouse and Chris #2 did a very good job. My house looks good and Chris #2 was a very personable and professional. I was in a pinch and needed the job done soon and Chris completed the project right on time. I would definitely use these guys for future work. Thanks Chris and Chris!

Job was professionally done. Will definitely use again.

Good job.

They did a good job. Could have been better on the cleanup.

We contracted for drywall repair and the painting of two rooms. We are completely satisfied with the entire job. Chris replied quickly to my request and set up an appointment. The quote was reasonable and we were able to schedule the work for the very next week. The quality of the work was excellent. I would definitely use this company again and will recommend to friends and family who need work done.

they did a great job.

Great work

They did a good job. Only at the end they tried to finish quickly to go to the next job. Otherwise very good work.

They were very quick to respond and the work quality was excellent. Would definitely use this company again.

They really did a great job and worked in our budget! Thanks!

He did a good job.

Excellent price and service

Very good and quick work. My only thing was that I forgot to take all my shoes out of the area, the work started and dust was all over all of them in the end. I did forget to take them out, but if given the chance or reminded, it would have saved me some cleanup time.

Chris is knowledgeable and professional. The drywall replacement was completed to satisfaction, which also included removing and re-hanging a cabinet. Chris took the additional measure of re-setting a toilet and at no extra charge. The work spanned over a couple days, and they started on time and finished in a reasonable time. I have asked Chris to provide an estimate on additional projects and am looking forward to working with him on those as well. I will be recommending him to friends & family for their own projects.

The project came out pretty good. We weren't able to open the wall completely because of structural, utility pipes on our way. But Chris was knowledgeable to provide us the options, and he always looks like he wanted to get the job in best possible way. He was never in a rush or anything. They have taken enough care to cover things up properly, so that our kids don't run into dust allergies. Over all I am very satisfied with what he has done. They showed up on time. I strongly recommend Chris.
