Pat and his team did a great job removing a 57 year old garage floor and installing a new one. Installed a stamped concrete patio prior. Both jobs were completed flawlessly.

We first used Pat to install a colored stamped concrete patio on the lakefront property where we used to live nearly fifteen years ago. His design and artistry came through like none other that we had seen - BEAUTIFUL... the source of many compliments from visiting family, friends and neighbors. Having since returned to the area, the home we now own was in need of an attractive walkway from the driveway to its front entry. Again, designed by his high standards and built to accentuate the curves of the driveway and terrain of the yard we couldn't have asked for more.

We had a great experience with Pat. He is a great guy and our concrete driveway and sidewalk are beautiful! I would highly recommend Caldwells. Our driveway is like an airplane runway! Wish I could post pictures! It was an amazing job, well done. We are Very Happy!

The concrete driveway was installed in September 2018 and is absolutely beautiful. It was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Caldwell The driveway has been in for 7 months and it still looks new. The window pane edges and surface texture are perfect. The job was completed in the time frame I wanted.

Pat was extremely professional with a great deal of expertise in the field of concrete. He offered suggestions and his ideas were a perfect fit for our project. We had a stone driveway, car pad, and sidewalk installed and the outcome far exceeded our expectations!

Go over the project thoroughly before they start. Know what you want. Once the concrete is ordered there is no going back unless you are willing to pay for a unused truck load of concrete.

I was very impressed when they showed up at my home. The crew all wore orange shirts and were so nice. They had the best equipment, trucks, tools, etc. After the concrete was poured, they stayed for quite awhile and made sure it was perfect before they left. Very happy with the experience.

Pat was very responsive to my initial inquiry on my idea for a stamped concrete front walk. We set up the job and it when flawlessly with the exception of a weather delay. His crew did a create job with attention to detail. I am very happy with the final product.

Patrick was very helpful in addressing all of our questions and concerns while we were in the early stages of planning and acquiring other estimates and presented us with several options and design ideas. It was apparent on our first meeting that he was professional, approachable and took real pride in his work. Now that the work is complete we couldn't be more satisfied. Pat and his team were very professional and knowledgeable. The concrete slab they replaced now has water running away from our house and looks so much better than the cracked/uneven one we had. It also matched up perfectly with the deck that was built. The post holes for the deck were you poured were right on also. I would hire them back in a heartbeat.

I received quotes for putting concrete on my large driveway from many contractors and there was a $11,000 difference from low to high bid. Everyone gives you references for work that turned out well so that's almost not helpful. I stumbled upon Caldwells Custom Concrete by accident when I did a broad internet search for a contractor and I consider myself fortunate. I was able to see work that was done previously as well as a project that was just in the process of being poured. Pat listened to my ideas / concerns along the way. The work was done well and really compliments my house. I get nothing but positive comments from visitors.

I was excited to know the patio/deck project we had planned was going to be complete prior to my huge annual summer party. The weather pushed the time frame to complete this project right to the edge. As Pat promised the patio was complete with time to spare. The workmanship is Quality and the crew is friendly and knowledgable. I have rehired them to construct a large raised front porch, the walkways and to build large concrete pads for both the garage and pole barn. This is definitely my concrete guy!!!!!

Although we have not finished the project yet, Caldwell has been right on target with their timeframes and work. The heat and recent rain has set us back a bit but we are very happy so far with the professionalism of the workers. The job is now done and we are thrilled with the work. The patio is beautiful, and we want to thank Pat and his crew for their work and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone.
