"I just want to say that i had done the rolling of the lawn as soon as it stopped raining, I in fact got the next door neighbor as well.. Then i had to this customer i will do the gutters as soon as we get a free rain day, if its Raining i cant do it.. I i agree i did call and tell her that i was coming in the later in the afternoon time, then it had started raining again!!.. So just a little FYI.. Cant do the gutters in the rain SORRY i had to wait.. But i did do it and i did it well, and she had told me that she was happy with the work, I also did apologize for the inconvenience..I just cant control the weather people.."
"We our still doing work for this customer, we just had installed pavers for marie,, Thank you for all the work and trust you give us. good customer to work with,,"
"We not only did the fence we had also did the removal of all the existing posts that still had the cement on them.out of the ground.10 of them that took all day with 3 workers we also had Removed the concrete and ashfalt from the side of the house and then installed a new Marple chip stone side walk with pavers..as to the landscaping no one not even Eric had told her we were doing any landscaping we had only told this customer that we would do a clean up as we did..we also had delayed the work because of the rain..that was all..and the vendors had giving us the wrong supplys..we have no control over the vendors as the customer had agrees to us.. we worked with this customer very good and she also did get over $1,800.00 as a discount and we didn't have to do that but we did..the customer also was so happy with the work they had signed off on all the work..I went over there my self and the customer couldn't say enough good things about the workers and the work that was completed..we did all we said we were going to do and more..with NO extra cost to them. The fence had only cost $7,000.00 and the other $2,000 was for the other worked that they wanted done..she had failed to mention that..if you were not happy you 1st shouldn't sign off for the satisfaction letter that we have all customer sign....so have a good day and enjoy your new fence..just can't please every one..BUT THEY WERE HAPPY AND SIGNED THE SATISFACTION LATER AND SIGNED OFF AND PAID THE BALANCE...so I am disappointed with this review.."
"The area we were cleaning out was overgrown with weeds and brush. Once we started clearing the area we found that there was a lot of wood and metal in the pile of brush, that we could see at first. The customer also told us that the debris didn't have to taken away, for he was going to burn all the brush. The contract also states that the price is a rough estimate and the price could go up. The customer found out later from the fire department that he couldn't burn the brush. That is why the price went up, for now we had to remove many piles of debris along with the wood and metal that was found in the pile of brush. As a contractor we get charged at the dump sites for dumping debris."
"The customers had a full list of items they wanted done inside and out of the house. Once a price was given the customer made a 50% deposit towards the work. Before work had even started the customers changed their mind on what they wanted done and changed their deadline as to when it had to be done. At that point so many changes had come from the customer we declined to work on the inside of the house and just focused on the outside. A refund was given for the work not done in the house. Every time our crew's were out there to work the home owners were constantly out there harassing our workers telling our workers they don't know how to do the job. At one point the husband took the tools out of the workers hands to show them how to do the job. The customers were always looking for us to do more then what was on the contract, but didn't want to pay for it. The work was delayed a few days due to the weather. It had rained for 3 days and we were unable to do the work. As the contract stated "weather permitting" If the owners had fully read the contract they would have known this. The wife would call every time the workers were there. Complaining they were not doing what they were suppose to do. The workers were following the contract. They work is and was completed all but the planting of the plants. The home owner was to purchase the plants for the back yard and we were to install them. She never bought the plants so we couldn't plant them. The plants for the front yard they were given an allowance to buy them and have them installed. This portion of the work was not completed due to the owner having surgery and the home owners were away of this. Because this portion was not finished and due to being late in the season for the plants that money was refunded also. It is funny that this review came over, for as of yesterday the owners wrote us an email that stated they were very happy with the work and that everything was done very professionally. Also stated in the email, was they would love to recommend us. Now what a change in stories. This is how it has been from the start. CHANGES AFTER CHANGES. BUT THEY DON"T WANT TO PAY FOR ANYTHING. Also wanted to add to this response is that customer stated no refund as of yet, this complaint was written on 10/9/15 by the customer but she didn't tell you that she had received the check in the amount of $2401.20 and cashed it on 10/5/15. 4 DAYS before she wrote this. Just goes to show you again how she changes her story every time she tells it and again is trying to something for free."
"This customer agreed to have the work done signed the contract knowing she was on a fixed income and now refuses to pay for the service. We have given her many chances. Tried to work with her and she refuses. changes her story every time you talk to her. customer stated many times she couldn't afford the work but continued to ask the workers to do more then what she paid for and for things that were not on the contract., again knowing she couldn't afford what was being done in the first place!!."
