My husband and I have just recently purchased our first new house. After getting the appraisal report that came with a long list of items that were needed attention, we have started to browse for a general contractor that can help us devour that list and after meeting with a bunch of contractors we have decided to hire a company that our real estate agent recommended us, Cali Builders and Construction Inc. Simon was our main guy (he is also the owner), their price was very fair and they have delivered on all of their promises. I must say this was the first house that we have bought and although it was very exciting it was also a little scary at first but fortunately we have hired the right professional to walk us through! Simon was always there with us, he was very understanding and reassuring and what can I say, he got us home. Thank you Simon for a job well done.

Iâ ll start by saying this; Finding a reliable, honest and professional contractor isnâ t always easy, I have done some remodeling throughout the years and it wasnâ t always the most pleasant experience. That being said when I started to browse around for a highly recommended contractor to do for me a garage conversion / ADU remodel while looking I stumbled across Cali builders & Construction Inc. They came highly recommended and they also let me speak to some of their previous customers and that very much so helped me put my mind at ease, also Simon the business owner was very reassuring, and more than that I was looking for a company that will do the plans, and get me all the architectural drawing and necessary permits without me have to get too much involved and thatâ s exactly what they done! Also Simon was very realistic regarding the processing time of getting all the city permits plus the processing time for the actual construction with all the inspections and the probable delays that may occur in projects like that. The team that worked on the project was very pleasant to work with and they always patiently explained the process and the logic that behind it. Thank you guys for a job well done!! Cali Builders & Construction did a fantastic job on my kitchen remodeling. They were professional, courteous, respectful from first day to the end of the project. They were so quick and finished 1 week earlier but the quality was superb. My new kitchen is beautiful and I will definitely work with Cali Builders & Construction again!

Today to find a reliable contractor for kitchen remodeling is not easy task at all. Lucky for me, my brother recommended Cali Builders & Construction. They worked on his house and did perfect job. I contacted them and the price was reasonable so I stopped looking for other contractors and hired Cali Builders. It was very good decision, they were honest, professional and very helpful. Simon was there at every step of the way, from helping us with material shopping, meeting with city inspectors (they past all the inspections at the first time), going over with me and my wife on every single detail and convey to us what was going to happen next. His team did an amazing job with implementing our crazy wave design and their attention to details was remarkable.
