Called Cali Floods for water damage in my home . Response time was quick . I was not sure on how to proceed but Carlos was very helpful and thorough in walking me step by step and what was to be expected. I hope to never go through this problem again but if I do Cali Floods is the only company I will call .

I appreciate the work these guys did- Carlos came out and gave us some reassurance about coverage and what’s Typically covered versus what’s not, and then his guys came out here and started drying out our mobile home. The whole process took about a week and a half would highly recommend these guys.

We had a very positive experience with Carlos. We reached out to him when our washing machine leaked from our second story laundry room to our kitchen light downstairs. He came by that night, checking the water affected areas and walked us through our possible next steps depending on what he found.
