The 75 gal hot water tank + 80 gal storage tank serviced my large 3-story home dutifully for 21 yrs. It pooped while I was out of town! I called CALI when I returned home the next nite at 10:30pm. Hector responded Pronto! He arrived w Jessler at 9am the next morning to explain options/solutions. Within 2 days an 11.5 gallon tankless "Navien" was purchased, gas + water lines rerouted + the entire installation was completed by 9:30pm. They even followed up the next evening to tweak the hot water a touch hotter. The price for product, labor, install was almost $9K. I will receive a $1 K rebate from The Gas Co. If you think that is high I had another bid at $17,500! With Annual Maintenance I think I will have made an excellent investment + choice in CAL/Hector - Exceptionally polite, punctual, Professional.
