Swimming Pool Above Ground Service
Very disappointed! They never answer! They showed up for appointment and I provided deposit but haven't had anything done. I don't mind paying but do your job!

No follow up, no customer service, no response. Over all frustration is that the only reason that we went with them was because we were assured the work would be done by a certain date and months after that time frame the work has still not been completed.

They were a little late coming the first day, but we had a lot of rain and they were behind. Once they started, they were there everyday... Our pool was nasty green, and when they were done it was sparkling clean... I never would have believed it. Plus she explained all the pool equipment to me and went over what to do and when. Since we bought the house with the pool already there, we knew nothing about it. Tammy and her crew were great to work with and the price was great... Thanks for a great experience. Michelle

Dont go with them. 5 weeks in to this project and I have no idea when it will be done. I have asked both the contractor and HomeAdvisor for a refund.

In April Cali was hired to work on opening my pool, they asked to pay a deposit up front, and i obliged. The first visit they said that the filter was not working, i checked it afterwards and the filter was working. It took two weeks for her to come back, and when she came back she said the pool did not have enough water, so the pool was left to fill up overnight. When she finally came back, after days of trying to contact her, she put chemicals in the pool and then never showed again. I have left numerous text and phone calls with no response. She finally responded stating that she would be out My 29th and she also offered 4 free cleanings but she never showed. Today on June 1st and i still have not heard anything.

"Really a shame you didn't mention I came out 4 times and there wasn't enough water, then your door to the equipment was locked on 3 occasions so I couldn't get in, when I came out 2 times the breaker was tripped and no one was home. I documented every time I came out, never charged for any extra trips. Equipment wouldnt prime until I personally blew out your lines myself. I offered to teach you and your husband how to operate the system at no charge due to the fact that you just purchased the house in late fall and you knew nothing about pools. I'm so glad that HomeAdvisor allows everyone to see both sides of the story. It also would of been nice of you to state what an awesome job we did removing your old Spa and rebuilding your new deck that was a 5+ rating. I wish you well and good luck with your pool. Enjoy."

Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool Replacement
I had a 12:00 appointment with Cali Style Pools. At 12:30 pm I reviewed the email to make sure of the time. I called HA and was told that it was 12-2 pm. At 1:30 pm I left a voicemail . At 3:00 pm still no response. I would not use them. I took 1/2 a day off work and Cali Style Pools did not show.

I hired Cali Pools when I was selling my home and one day noticed that there was sand in my pool. As soon as I called Cali they knew exactly what the problem was. They were able to come out quickly before my home inspection and took care of the problem. They were quick, efficient and awesome, friendly people to work with. I wish I had known about them long before I was moving. I would recommend them 150%. Great people

I was extremely happy with Cali Style Pools. They answered my calls quickly. They were able to get here within a day or 2 as my house was on the market and this was time sensitive. I wish I had known about Tammy sooner, I would have been using her all along. Tammy and her crew were super friendly and easy to talk with. Would recommend her to anyone with a pool.
