I was extremely pleased with the care and professionalism both Chris and Jason exhibited. They were working with a bogus diagnostic report from a different vendor, found the problem quickly and remedied the situation--and did not try to upsell me like the other guy. A great job. I trust them; and highly recommend them.

Chris was very prompt and very professional. What I really like about his work ethic is that he pay attention to detail and cleaned up exceptionally well. When you call him or email him he get back with you very quickly. His upfront he tells you exactly what you are getting base on your budget what you want and he tell you if you need it or not. And thatâ s the kind of person I was looking for I am very glad that I found Chris Caliber Audio/Video to do my Home Theater and my Qmotion. Chris is Awesome! and by the way Jason his business partner is also great! I love my Home Theater and my Qmotion Shades. For people that are looking for window shades for their Home Theater I highly recommend Qmotion shade itâ s AWESOME! love it! i highly recommend CALIBER AUDIO/VIDEO. Thank you Chris and Jason for doing such a wonderful job!
