â We began our search for the right contractor, looking for someone who could complete our full scope of work. Soon, we realized that Tony at Caliber Woodcraft was the guy we were looking for. He took the time to go over our changes and understand our needs. We wanted to incorporate a new built-in microwave drawer, raise the cabinet over the cooktop and install a new range hood, fix our water-damaged sink cabinet, replace the drawers with soft-close glides, and install a new countertop. Tony even met us at Pacific Shore Stone to guide us on our purchase of Greek Mykonos Quartzite for our new countertops. After a short wait for the ordered materials to arrive, Tony and his crew began phase one of the work. They removed and hauled away our old granite countertop and backsplash, installed the new drawers and glides, installed new hinges on all of our old doors, installed a new hood cabinet and a new sink cabinet, installed a new lazy susan, and made modifications to one base cabinet to accommodate our Thermador microwave drawer. At the end of this phase, Tony's countertop fabricator made templates for the new countertops. The counters took a couple of weeks to fabricate, and then we moved on to the second phase of our project. The stone was installed, and Tony and his crew came out to install the remaining components of our cabinetry. They installed the microwave, range hood, and cooktop, along with all new outlets, switches, and even some USB outlets in our backsplash. Sometimes, when remodeling, it becomes apparent that the most important qualities of a contractor are seen when things do not go exactly to plan. After our counter was installed, we noticed several small oil spots on the backsplash from cooking, and we were shocked. Tony came over immediately on a Friday night to take a look. He explained that the stone had been sealed by the installer, but because it was new stone and a vertical surface, it was thirsty and did not seal completely. He took full responsibility for the mishap and began repairing it immediately. He applied a poultice to the stained area and, once that dried, resealed the backsplash completely to prevent future problems. The level of customer service that Tony provides is unmatched. He is dedicated to ensuring happy outcomes and will do what it takes to make sure his customers are satisfied. We strongly recommend Caliber Woodcraft and will use him for any future projects we have.â

Tony was amazing! He didnâ t just do cabinet refacing. He also built a ton of pullout drawers (even non rectangular drawers) to give us more space in the kitchen cabinets. And, he recommended a style of cabinet that was perfect. It came out flawless. Everyone who seees them loves what he did. I highly recommend.

Attention to detail in measuring, install, surface coating, hardware selection, etc was excellent. Tony is very personable and accommodating in his work. He made a few suggestions for changes to our cabinetry that have made the kitchen more functional and finished product looks great. He takes the time to find the right product for your needs. From initial quote to completion we knew we were getting quality workâ we hope to hire him again for a bath remodel as well.

Tony did a custom install of cabinets in my kitchen and I couldn't be happier! During the planning phase, he gave me much needed suggestions which I agreed to including slide out drawers in my pantry, pull out double garbage can drawer, extra deep pot and pan drawer, etc. He is meticulous about his work and left the site immaculate every day. Since then, he had to return to install a door that was fabricated incorrectly and he is amazingly responsive. His customers' satisfaction is clearly his priority. You need to hire Caliber Woodcraft!
