Horrible at communication, no showed several times to our scheduled appointments, lack of knowledge, we feel he guessed what was wrong. We scheduled a spa maintenance but was the spa serviced? Nope but he did charge us $600 to fix heater which is NOT working. Do not hire this company.

Herbert texted me that he was going to double my rates all at once. I did not refuse, but I did say I felt it was an extreme increase and particularly unfair during a pandemic since I had not been working. He was not willing to negotiate and stopped communicating. Even worse, he stopped coming to service my pool in the middle of the month while I was out of town. He did not even have the common courtesy to tell me he was not coming! I returned to find the pool was a big mess. I learned he did the same thing to one of my neighbors. I have found a new service. I would NEVER recommend Herbert Perez at Caliblue Pool.

Herbert is a real pro! We have a vacation rental and have gone through 3 pool companies who needless to say didn’t work out. Herbert is a true business professional who completely understands pool maintenance and above all exceptional customer service. He is always on time every time and thoroughly cleans the plaster, tile, maintains proper chemicals and leaves the the pool and surroundings pristine! After many years in customer service it is refreshing to have a pool professional who is both personable and with such high standards! Thanks for your continued service Herbert!
