They did not anchor my pedestal sink to the wall or caulk the base or sink basin. I spent a lot of money for incomplete work.

Caliente replaced the filters on our reverse osmosis system. Today, we had the water softner system replaced and a water monitor installed. Ryan appeared very knowledgeable and was extremely patient with senior citizens who aren't as tech savvy as we'd like to think we are. We'll be using them again for any plumbing issues that come up in our older house. Very reaaonably priced IMO. Thank you!

Let's cut to the chase...Ryan was timely to the minute, gave a thorough explanation of all options after evaluating, priced materials and service fairly, and delivered not just same day but same time frame completion. I was surprised by the integrity of the technician! He couldn't replicate the clog and didn't try to sell us other services. He quality checked both sinks and suggested that we call if it happen again. NO charge! I will definitely call Caliente when I require plumbing services.

Would give 6 Stars if I could. I will start off by saying that Caliente Plumbing Heating and Air is now the one I will turn to for all my plumbing needs. I was having issues with my water heater and called Caliente to schedule a time to have a technician come out. The ease of making the appointment and the amount of time it took to get a technician to the house was outstanding. Ryan showed up to the house, began troubleshooting right away, isolated the probable cause of my issue, then discussed the options to get everything back up and running. You could not ask for somebody more knowledgeable than Ryan. He took the time to discuss all options, the different products available the cost breakdown. Having had a water heater that was 13 years old I decided to go with a total replacement. Ryan showed up two days later as scheduled and with the help of Jared, he installed a new pressure regulator valve, water softener, and water heater in impeccable time. The professionalism and courteous service that Ryan and Jerrod displayed go above and beyond all expectations. Everything was installed to my satisfaction and the area looked even better than before they started. Ryan went though all the operations of both the water softener and the water heater and did not leave until I was completely satisfied. The owner should be completely proud of the people he has working for him. I highly recommend Caliente and if you do choose to go with them for any of your needs, ask for Ryan, you will not go wrong.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had not a moment s hesitation in accepting their bid. We were extremely pleased with the workmanship and the quality of the product.

Extremely friendly and patient technician. Actually spoke TO my girlfriend rather than AT her, took the time to explain everything so well that she was able to explain to me what he was suggesting, which was a better and cheaper repair than what I had originally figured. How many companies would explain and advocate for a cheaper repair!? That's how honest and customer focused they were. Highly recommend them, there's a reason they have 5stars on Yelp, Google, etc.

Excellent, Rick stayed in touch with me all day to keep me in the loop on the status of my job. He educated me about my issue to allow me to make an informed decision. Even my husband couldn't stop talking about how much he liked these guys. They left the work area clean and explained about future maintenance.

Ryan came out on Saturday and the problem being what it was, I chose to let him fix it on the spot. Done within a half hour and he told me a few helpful tips.

Overall - good job. They accidentally put a hole in the outside of the wall they were installing the water device. They did point it out and offered to fix it. However, we did not have the matching paint.

Ryan did a great job. Quickly analyzed my problem and fixed it. I will definitely hire this company again.

Plumbing is always expensive, but he did great work. He got the work done early and I was satisfied.
