Excellent. John with Sierra HVAC is amazing, diagnosed and repaired everything in first visit.

Pleasant experience. Took pride in their work. Volunteered to vacuum the whole upstairs.

They were fair, honest, and professional. We had multiple bids, but Rich was the most knowledgeable of the group. Our new AC works better than the old one ever did. They put foot covers on to protect our floors and wore masks and gloves. I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

California Air Comfort contacted me within minutes after posting my issue. Richard was very professional and dispatched repairman within an hour. Nick, the repairman, was awesome and repaired the heat pump and checked the system totally. He even found issues with ductwork and I plan on his repair work in the near future. My system is quite old and considering a new unit with this company. I highly recommend California Air for heating/cooling issues and their professional attitude to the customer. Five stars for sure.

Work was excellent. Quick install with little dust. They vacuumed after job was done to ensure no mess was left behind. Came back and tested the system. Will be coming back when inspector comes to be here if there are questions I cannot answer. Highly recommend.

This not a large company. However the owner is very active and makes sure his employee deliver the best.

The owner actually did the install with his worker. They were very professional and accommodating, answering all my questions and concerns. They were reasonably priced, no "scare tactics" involved just straight forward information. Very refreshing. Small company without all the sales pressure.

Working with California Air Comfort was a pleasure. They were always on time. They installed a new HVAC system, found and repaired problems with the duct-work, located and repaired several unexpected problems. They understood the importance of airflow, and a room that has been cold since we bought the house 25 years now has heat! I love the smart thermostat they recommended and installed. They did an outstanding job cleaning up after themselves. We ended up with a high efficiency system at a very reasonable price. It was great to work with such bright and knowledgeable young men.

After having another company not show up, Richard was willing to come right out to provide service. He was honest & trustworthy.

Tested my heating unit 3 times and needed to replace 3 units.

I received a call from Richard within a few minutes from my request. He was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, unbelievably well priced and nice. Our heater works excellent now. Use HIM! We own a 2-Story 2,400 sq ft home. We had a 3 Zone HVAC system that was installed by a contractor improperly. Then we hired another HVAC Contractor that attempted to repair and fix the problems of the initial contractor. To make a long story short we had numerous issues and problems with the systems since 2011 ... even thought we bought higher-end (at least we thought) equipment. So I was very skeptical of hiring another contractor. Richard was a dream come true. His initial consultation was ridiculously reasonable - under $100 - yet he spent 3 hours explaining in detail of what was wrong with our current system - basically that the equipment was adequate; however, the install was not done properly. He never criticized the past contractors ... just explained it clearly enough so I could determine it myself. He explained several options with me to get my system to run properly. I asked him if I would get a more efficiency if I purchased a new system/replace (mine was 7 years old) ... he told me there were more efficient systems on the market; however, that he would NOT recommend investing in new equipment because the current system would be fine once he fixed it. He also explained the options again with my wife over the phone and in-person with my skeptical wife. We both love Richard ... very competent but humble. He even helped us with advice concerning other matters ... he even made some calls to get us more information. In a world where HVAC Contractors may take advantage of unsuspecting home-owners ... either by smooth talking salespeople or incompetent/inexperienced technicians ... Richard is neither. He was worked in this industry for about 14 years as a "Technician" for numerous other large companies. He is passionate about what he does and takes pride in his ability to fix things instead of just selling you new system. He even took the time to program our thermostats with my wife ... explaining in detail so we could do it ourselves. This guy is the real deal, I will never call another HVAC company or technician. Richard was a life saver!

I put my request in at 10 pm online. And by 7:00 am the next morning I received a call from Richard. He was able to schedule a same day appointment to look at my heater. He was courteous and clear on everything that he did.

I requested 3 bids for a new HVAC system and CA Air presented the most comprehensive proposal of the 3. Richard was knowledgeable about the products, explained the process, and presented a fair price. The work was done in record time and an extremely well done installation. I would highly reccommend this contractor. He knows what he is doing.

Richard is a breath of fresh air, didnt try to sell me a new AC unit but said he could repair it . Which he did and the system is working great. Honesty means a lot to me and is greatly appreciated.

Rich was very helpful. I have health problems and when my AC broke down he came out right away. I called a couple of other services (well known) and they said it would be several days. Not only was he extremely considerate he also tried very hard to keep my costs down. I would recommend him to anyone.
