Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
I recently added sq footage to my home and the roof on the new addition was leaking. I called California Building Professionals come out and take a look and they showed up at my doorstep 2 hours later. From all the companies I called, they offered the most detailed scope of work, from the materials and labor cost, to the permitting and scheduling. They found and fixed the issue in 3 days and kept my property clean during the process. I recommend them to all my neighbors in the Los Feliz/Hollywood area.

Cali Building Pros replaced my entire roof with new Copper Trail asphalt shingles. Leo and Steven came out for the inspection, broke everything down, and got me a contract in house at a great price. The crew started work the very next day and they were done in a week, which was ahead of schedule. The final product is great and my property is cleaner than when they got here.

Flat, Foam, or Single Ply Roofing - Install or Replace
California Building Professionals did an excellent job replacing our roof. They removed the old material, replaced the damaged wood decking, and installed a new flat roofing system along with new shingles on the pitched section, and updated us with photos every step of the way. Everyone was respectful, punctual, and looked after my property like it was one of their own. Super happy with the final result and highly recommend them!

California Building Professionals did an excellent job installing our new standing seam metal roof. We couldn't decide what type of roof we wanted, but once Jay and Matt explained all the pros and cons of shingle vs. tile vs. metal, the choice was a no-brainer. It has so many positives; a longer lifespan, low maintenance, energy efficient, and my personal favorite, the new clean modern look. Their crew paid close attention to every detail, including the valleys, skylights, vents, and flashing and the results are proof of it. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!

We had a leak in our skylight after these past rains, so we reached out to multiple companies to get a quote and California Building Professionals was the only one able to get someone out to our house right away and they were the only company (out of the 3) who even checked the attic. They showed us photos of water damage in multiple locations, not only just the skylight area, so we believed them when they told us its time for the complete reroof. Fast forward 1 week later, the job is done and the new shingles look beautiful. They were professional and caring from the get-go, and answered every one of my phone calls. I got 5 bids to redo the roof on my home in Glendale, and California Building Professionals were the clear choice. They removed every old nail, replaced all the damaged plywood, installed the waterproofing and shingles, and did everything by the book. After calling at least 10 different roofing companies, I was starting to lose hope. Every company seemed to give me the runaround, telling me I needed more and more work, & it felt like they were just waiting to open up the roof so they could keep adding charges. The whole process felt like a scheme. Then found California Building Professionals, the experience was completely different. They responded quickly, came out to inspect my roof, and explained exactly what needed to be repaired—no scare tactics, no upselling, and no unnecessary work. They gave me an honest estimate, and throughout the entire project, there were absolutely no surprise fees or added costs. They showed me step by step everything they were going to do. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they delivered exactly what they promised. This has been the best experience I've ever had with a roofing company. It's hard to find contractors you can trust, but CBP earned my confidence and business for life!

I had a few broken concrete tiles that I was worried would allow water through. California Building Professionals inspected the damaged area and they were able to find the matching color tiles for us.
