I sign the contract on10-24-2017 work to be done on 10-27 worker showed up at 745Am and went to work. hard working young men I was empress. they work two days cleaned up there belonging and left no mess. and yes I am pleased with the overall job

They did not do the work agreed upon. They did come out an replace the roof, but did not do the edge of the roof, or the overhang (agreed to in the contract) or replace the gutters. After I paid them a significant amount (I know, bad on me), they completely stopped answering my calls. I have had to hire a handyman to finish the project. They left my solar tube 'taped' to the ceiling, pictures of the roof make it look like they used old parts. Yes the salesman is a very friendly guy, but they are absolutely not a company to put your trust in.

Flat, Foam, or Single Ply Roofing Installation and Replacement
I have a flat roof on a room addition that I haven't had replaced in too long, with the series of storms it started leaking. It's very difficult to find roofing companies that do flat roofs. I left messages with a good number of places and most of them called to tell me they couldn't do the work. Robert at California Cool Roofing called me back right away and said they could do the work in a couple of days. They came out within 2 days, before it started raining again and redid my roof and were very nice. I also had some mold growing under the old roof and they cleaned that up as well. I am so relieved that I don't have to worry about it anymore.
