Snake oil salesman! I hired this guy to do a mold test and he did not do a mold test. Instead he ran a toxic substance test. He went on to say I was sick do to formaldehyde and that for an additional 4000$ he would clean the air and guarantee it to be clean for one year :(

Need to move not a newly purchased home n 5 days. Spent several hours daily in advanced, getting the house move in ready. Toward the end of each day I noticed that the house was making me feel weirdly sick. I contacted home adviser which steered me toward California Emvironmental Forensic Inspections. They responded, quiclkly with testing. A Had machines in the house, solving the problem the next day. Adam was great to work with at explaining the process. I am so happy to have this problem solved.

They tested my home and my daughter 's home I had to keep calling for the reports ,when I finally got them they made no sense got the same report for both houses. They promised me a refund which I never received . They are very dishonest people and they should be ashamed of them selves. Please do not use them!

I still have not received the report before and after the service. Also have not received the 3 year warranty. (I know this company is in the midst of relocating their office. Thus I accept the delay until tomorrow when I will call for follow up!!!)

Great follow-up experience. I took half star off because I wasn't aware they only clean visiable Mold and needed additional visits to resolve the issue completely. For me it was complicated because I was in the middle of eviction the tenant. I do appreciate their patience working with me.
