My inital contact was 7.20.2021, and until now 8.7.2021 my AC is still NOT fixed. I was told 2 weeks ago my part was back ordered and when I called again yesterday to follow up because no one has said anything I was told we still dont have the parts, we need several parts. When I asked for the list of the parts so I could have another company do this since this is a warranty issue and I figured maybe they dont care about the warranty customers, I was left on hold and then miraculously Maraianna comes back and says the part JUST came in but I still need to wait ANOTHER 5 days for them to come pick it up. I wonder what would happened if I didnt call them. After going and reading the reviews seems like most of the negative reviews are from homeonwener like myself needing assitance with warranties. That is a big red flag because comapanies make a lot of money on people that never file claims, they shoud treat the customers who file claims the same. Overall I am extremely angry my AC isnt fixed. I did NOT expect to be top priority but not thrown in the trash left to figure out the status on my own. I will update this once they finally make it here to finish the job they did not complete weeks ago.

I HIGHLY! HIGHLY! Recommend this company!!! We met with several different heating & cooling businesses to get bids on replacing our 27 year old system. We decided to go with this company because we really liked the way Sean Henson inspected our old system and presented different options for us. He was very thorough in his explanations and answered every question we had. There was no high pressure to buy the most expensive system or to buy at all which is always great when your trying to get bids. Their costs are competitive and reasonable. Once we chose this company our installation was scheduled within 2 weeks and because our place is only 1145sq.ft. took a day and a half. Alex and his hardworking crew did a phenomenal job on are very old system. There were a few things that had to be brought up to the current codes and everything was done well. After each day the crew made sure everything was cleaned up. What a difference this new System made. It runs so well now and every room is nice and cool or hot depending on the need.

I needed my old wall heater removed and they installed ducts and vents and the whole system. I was worried about any potential mess but that was unwarranted. They were so clean and neat, professional, courteous and easy to work with. They explained everything they were doing and showed my how to program my new thermostat. I'm very happy with Raul and his crew and highly recommend them.

The company was very knowledgable with the minimal amount of explanation I was able to provide on the phone. The service was professional, quick, and very competitive on prices (I called 4 other companies and they had the best pricing).

I was more than pleased with California Heating & Cooling. Not only were their prices very competitive but they went above and beyond my expectations. Called on a Sunday and did not think that anyone would answer. My A/C went off and I needed emergency service. The technician came the same day and my problem was fixed within 4 hours. I highly recommend this company and their customer service was superior.

Very responsive with any questions, or with call backs. He did a great job on the furnace/air conditioning and duct work. I would recommend this company.
