Review update August 7, 2021 Yaniv has reached out and we discussed the issues That are listed below.. He is making an effort to make things right. We are working towards an acceptable solution to the problems, and he has indicated that he has implemented new controls to more quickly address service and quality issues. ORIGINAL REVIEW JUNE 2021 Hired March 4 and job is still not done. I will allow that COVID has disrupted some supply chains and they have been unable to get laundry room door. Install of new dryer vent line...did not do-instead hooked up to line that was already there-no adjustment in price. Dryer took more than 2 hours to dry load after hookup. First attempt-worker came out and moved dryer forward about 1" vent was still partially crimped at dryer. After another month worker came out and found vent cap clogged. Put on new cap and dryer works better, but not great. A new wooden exterior shelf was installed. They tried to paint without primer. When I asked them to prime wood, they did only the top surfaces. The nest day the paint began to bubble and blister. Also there were side areas of bare wood showing. When they came back to fix, they sanded spots and repainted. The next day large bubbles appeared again. On two occasions when I was a given firm dates for workers, they were no show -not that day or even that week. On 3 occasions workers showed up at the door with no announcement, sometimes without any tools. They had to use my ladder, tape measure and other tools. After 3 months of poor work and poor response I paid the bill just to avoid dealing with them any more. I have a window shelf that wraps my kitchen that is full of blisters and no door replacement for laundry room. shelf

This company is not honest. Not willing to reimburse me for work not completed or done. Their work quality is very poor they continually had to reto some jobs up to 4 times to get it right.
