Called back right away. Had to reschedule once but came and did the job. I hired him to install a dishwasher and fix a leak. He did a great job and even came back to pick up the old dishwasher. Would definitely use again.

I only gave Chase 5 stars because 6 wasn't an option. Being a retired contractor myself and a perfectionist, I'm not easily impressed. Chase not only solved my plumbing problem, but saved me unnecessary expense. I've had plumbing work done by two other well known companies whose prices were outrageous. Chase was prompt, courteous, clean, smart, and, most important, after giving us camera views of the problem, didn't try to sell us anything! The owner, Chase, couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He actually showed up 10 minutes after I called him! Luck of the draw but it was great. Did the repairs the next day. As far as I'm concerned he's my plumber for life.Found a few more things that needed fixing and although my plumbing expertise leaves something to be desired, it was obvious even to me that it needed fixing pronto. The price was amazingly good as well.
