If I had to sum up the best customer service Iâ ve ever had, it would be one name, Julian. From the very beginning Julian was very personable, knowledgeable, always polite, and respectful, and always available. One of the things that impressed me most was once I explained what I was looking for, he went to work right away bringing or shipping me samples or letting me know where I could find something similar to take a look at that I might like, and I never felt rushed at any time. I even had a couple of issues that had nothing to do with the flooring, and he always said donâ t worry, well take care of it. And his talented crew certainly did. His one-on-one communications explaining all the details of the process along with his diligence especially when it comes to the product was amazing. In addition, the workmanship was excellent as well as their code of ethics from start to finish. I had scheduled other companies to give me bids, and after all the bids were in, I had one last consultation with Julian, and I knew he was the one I wanted to work with. He excels at customer service, has a great team, and besides being the consummate professional, his one main goal is to make his clients happy. You canâ t get better than that! Quick and smooth. Transparent, and great work done. Would recommend and will rehire for future projects.

Our project was to put engineered wood ("laminate") on our stairway. Julian's estimate was about half the amount of most of the estimates we got. Julian was able to find a shade to match our floor, which was difficult because no one makes our old color anymore. The work was done in 2 days, whereas some companies said they needed 5 days. Julian and the workers were polite, efficient, on time, and did a great-looking job. We are extremely pleased with how our stairway looks now.

Great experience with Julian. We measured, we scheduled and I love my new floors. Work was done quickly and efficiently. We even had them come back to fix a squeak and they came back quickly to remedy. Great service.

There were some issues after it was done, however they came back out to resolve it.

Julian was awesome, super responsive, and went above and beyond through the whole process. The laminate flooring guys were great and did a fantastic job on the floors and moldings.

They were very efficient and gave a fair price. They also steered me through the process when I wasn't entirely certain what I wanted. I would strongly recommend them.
