I highly recommend Paul’s Landscaping Services to anyone who is installing new home landscaping or updating existing landscaping. Paul, Elias, and the rest of the crew did an excellent job installing our new backyard, and parts of the front yard in our new tract home in Winchester CA. They worked efficiently, and installation stayed on schedule. But more importantly, Paul won the job well before we even had a home to work on because of the courtesy and professionalism he showed me when I was trying to get an understanding of budgeting and cost to landscape a back yard should we buy a new tract home. No one else who I called was willing to help me unless they had a property to come see. Paul understood my situation and kindly provided a detailed estimate even though I might not buy a new tract home. A few months later we bought a brand new home and Paul was my first and only call. His bid was fair and true to the previous estimate he provided. Quality work and character.

New to us home. No maintenance had been done on the drainage system. All fixed with new sod. My biggest pet peeve is a non communitive contractor. Paul was fantastic and kept me in the loop the entire time.

Paul and team did an amazing job on our backyard. They brought to life our concept drawings and made everything just amazing. Elias and crew did a fantastic job with installation and Russell selected some great plants. They were spotted to maximize the impact and we could not be more thrilled. Thank you Paul and team.

Great service and professionalism

Paul's crew did a very nice job on my backyard landscape. They put concrete curbing around my planters, installed a sprinkler system for my small area of grass, installed weed barrier and applied small gravel everywhere else. They fixed the drainage system that a previous landscaper had put in the yard which pooled water in places during the prior heavy rains, and Paul did not charge me extra for that fix. Paul and his crew were very professional and very responsive to my calls.

Paul the owner is nice but hands off, shows up once and then its all text or emails. This company hires workers who do not speak English and the one who is the foreman leaves during work progress. He follows through that is a plus and why I gave 2.5 on work quality, but lower score on customer service.

Paul Landscape took care of my house for many years and never had any problems. Very professional, dependable and very knowledgable.

Paul is excellent at communicating. He came out quickly, took lots of photos, and brought a portfolio of his work. I knew exactly what I wanted done, and he made it happen without trying to sell me more. I appreciated his very detailed estimate. I had sod installed with a sprinkler system, and a drip system installed as well. The work was done quickly, and Paul had guys checking on the sod for 4 weeks after installation. They gave it it's first mow, and even mowed the existing front yard as a courtesy. If I have more work to do in the future I will be calling Paul.

Within 5 weeks of them coming out we had 6 problems and they had to come back several times. They did stand by their work and fix the problem eventually but I wish I had gone with someone else.

Paul is a serious proffessional. His work is awesome and quick. My yard looks night and day better than it ever has. After his installation ends, his envolvement doesn't. He monitors it weekly and changes or fixes anything needed. His guys worked hard and continuous. I would certainly reccommend Paul.

Crew appeared rushed to complete my small job and go to larger job. Sloopy work, left a mess to clean up. Large pieces of clay thrown on the lawn rather than picked up and disposed of. Back patio covered in dirt and had to be cleaned. Crew had to return a second time to complete job properly. We're not supervised as I was promised.
