California NRG Solutions charged me $2000 to fix my AC but 30 days later it was blowing hot air again. I called them back in protest since they already had my money. Over the next month, they came back 3 or 4 more times, testing this and testing that. I had to continuously call THEM to ask where the guy was and WHEN he was gonna show up. Meanwhile, my family had to fight off the heatwave we were trying to avoid, using floor fans. Finally fed up, I threatened to report them to the CSLB. They came out the same day and put the pieces of my system back together. The boss called and told me my entire system is too old and is beyond repair. (My house is only 7 years old) He said, it needs to be ripped out and replaced but he would give me a great discount on a new system. I called another company out and the Tech laughed. He told me that was the oldest trick in the book. He checked out my system and recharged it with an additive that is used to seal small leaks. My AC is working well as new. Stay away from these guys.

Mike is an incredible man. Not only a good salesman and representative of his company, but also someone with integrity and honor. I respect him a lot and he is a HUGE reason why I chose NRG Solutions. The work took a bit longer than they thought but they worked the issues and did a fantastic job. My A/C blasts, and keeps the temperature very constant. That's what you hire pros to do--mission accomplished!
