Joe made suggestions and explained the pro and cons of the options. He offered more complete work and a warranty. I didn't feel pressured but informed after talking to him. I got 8 bids and he stood out above the rest.

Unprofessional. Trying to get an updated contract of the work that was actually done and after three requests still did not send one.

First time needing to hire a roofer and the experience couldn’t have been any easier. Would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.

Joseph was very pleasant and professional. He and his team repaired our roof and cleaned up when they were finished. They are prompt, quick. courteous and their cost is reasonable. They also provided a good warranty on the repairs. I would use them again.

I dealt with Tony in San Francisco. (so those other reviews may not be relevant.) They were fast starting and working the job. And they cleaned up the area, but didn't send any warranty etc info. But it was a leaking roof job. I wont know how good a job they did until it starts raining. Only then can I say it was worth the price.

Less than 2 hours ago, Joseph and his crew left from putting a new TPO Membrane Roof on my; backroom, carport, and front porch. I decided to go with California Technicians, Inc. because the owner, Joseph Delmaro, was very explicit in his contract of what he felt should be done. When presenting his contract, he wanted to make sure I understood what he was talking about and what he could find when he tore off the existing roof. I realized a couple of things Joseph and I talked about were not written in the contract so he added them and initialed them. Joseph and his crew were always punctual and I couldn't believe what hard workers they were. No goofing around, just 'Lets get this job done, and done right'. I was also pleased to see everything was so clean when they left. I would, and will recommend California Roof Technicians, Inc.

The men working for Cal Roof Tech were very communicative, thorough, and fair.

Joe and his crew did an excellent job. They were sensitive to my almost 100 year old house's needs, efficient, courteous and offered options of various repairs that could be made. Definitely recommend Joe and his crew!

Joe and his brother along with their crew did an outstanding job of replacing my flat roof and were extremely easy to work with through out the process. the job was very well done the clean up was complete and I would recommend these guys to anyone needing any kind of roof repair or replacement.
