We recently hired California Roof Experts for a roof leak repair and a roof tune-up. From the start, they were very prompt in providing a reasonable quote. Their team was quick to schedule the job and arrived on time. They were thorough in their work, ensuring everything was addressed properly. We’re very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend them for any roofing needs. Great service at a fair price!

Diego, Arturo, and their team work quickly and are quite reasonable.? They have been on the roof many times since one individual who came to provide an estimate slipped because there was moss on the roof. He ended up sitting on his butt and sliding, which caused a tile to break?something Diego fixed while giving me the estimate. My point is to be cautious about whom you hire; I could tell that the other person who fell was not a roofer by the way he walked on the roof. He seemed scared and provided me with an estimate five times higher than what I received from Diego. Nevertheless, they have a good team and completed the repairs in half a day. Thank you, Diego and Arturo and the team. The only issue is that the tiles they installed did not match. They explained that this was because they were new, but the good news is that the difference is not visible unless you fly a drone.

Arturo was very quick and efficient in assessing and scheduling the repair job for our roof. Diego was able to execute the repairs on time and thorough with all the details of the job. Great work and value!! Definitely recommend!!

Sept. 2024. We own a single story 2150 square feet home in Yorbe Linda. The spanisch tile roof is now 35 years old and it was leaking in one spot. ,We decided to replace all the underlying tar paper for the whole roof. We got four estimates, One was very close to California Roof experts, and two's costs 20% more. California Roof experts was the only company that offered a 20-year warranty on their work. They use a new superstrong woven silicone roofing paper to give this guarantee. Plus they were the only one that would reset the tiles on commercial wood strips to hold the tile in place. The wood strips have 3/8" thick rubber pads that will the water, if any, to allow to run under the strips. They did reuse the sheet metal that is places at the low point of two sided (gulley). I was skeptical of the sheet metals condition and I had Arthuro bring the sheet metal down for inspection and they showed no rust spots. I did however have Arthuro hammer flat some protruding sheet metal spots where the previous nails were so as not to cut the thin woven silicone paper. Also, we insisted on using city inspection, for which we paid, $330, Once the roofers started, they had always a full crew on the job, and we never had to call them up or prod them. Each evening, they cleaned up around the house before the left. There was no request for additional tiles, cement or any other item. Once the job was completed, it passed city inspection the first time. We are very satisfied with the company, their management, and their workers. Gunter H. Sanders

The job was quoted in timely manner with a fair price. Communicating when the job would be scheduled was slow. I contacted them through the app the next time and his response was very fast. Work was done in one day and the quality appears excellent.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. This is a family owned company and exceedingly professional. They gave me a fair price and even though they ran into all kind of problems on my dad's roof which had never been replaced, they stuck to their original quote and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

They found the problem really fast! They also did a roof check over, and replaced all broken tile, and did much calking. As of now, the roof repair appears to be real good, with plenty of pictures, and a 5 - year guarantee. I enjoy looking at my roof again! Who could ask for anything more. I am happy. They also came out real fast, like a week. later. Wow! Call them NOW!!!!
