California Senior Home Renovations

BEWARE...very unethical and unprofessional. Do not show up as scheduled..always have a lame excuse when you're finally able to reach them. They do not have the proper equipment. I'm taking them to small claims court for the damage they did to my gutters. Miss Jill, as she calls herself, runs this business. Her son, Michael Sevaardra, is the salesman. They represent themselves as licensed and bonded, but after researching them with the Orange County Licensing Agency, they are neither. I wish I had done this search before I hired them to replace the siding on my mobile home. The project was very unorganized and took much longer than it should have. They had no way to get the old siding to the dump, so their worker just left it and sneaked away. What a mess he left. She ignored all my phone calls and texts. When I finally reached her, she told me she would refund $350. That never happened. DO NOT EVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE DONE THE SAME THING TO OTHER CUSTOMERS.

I really had high hopes for this company but unfortunately did not turn out that way. Bottom line is that the estimate stated that besides the roof work they were going to do, they were to paint the newly installed fascia wood on the roof. But instead of bringing their own exterior white paint, they borrowed my can of INTERIOR eggshell paint to seal and paint the fascia!!! So, I have to pay someone else now to come out and paint it properly with EXTERIOR paint so that when the rain starts again in late fall it will not leak. They did offer to come back out and do it correctly, but they were not making it easy to schedule so I finally told them to forget it. I just do not trust them now. They seemed desperate for work, kept contacting me asking when I was ready to start the work. But when I needed them to respond to MY emails, it took 3 or 4 emails to get Jill to respond! Extremely frustrating company to deal with!!

They are not good business people.
