I've been a Designer, product Developer, as well as a general contractor for 30 years, and I'm hyper aware of all the details around Design & Construction standards. With that understanding between parties, the staff at California Sunrooms were more than willing to accept my structural details as well as interpreting my conceptual elevation drawings. I have designed many redwood patio covers, and of course they always present well. I chose aluminum because of cost, value, longevity, and ease of installation. For what we paid for the entity of the aluminum patio cover would have equated to just the materials of redwood. California Sunroom Installers we're prompted courteous, and clean. I appreciated the crews knowledge of the product. They took valuable time to explain what they were doing when I had a question, and I had many. Their attention to detail was impressive. The Patio cover exceeded my expectations. I was in awe really. Thank you so much California Sunrooms! We love our new Patio Cover!

Poor communication. Its been 6 months since I hired them and its still not been done yet. Still waiting for the permit to install ac and heater, and no estimated time how much longer I will need to wait. Of course, I already paid all of the money. I guess I will wait a little bit more and I will request my money back or go to court

make sure your contract is explicit, for everything, the patio cover is beautiful but we had some issues with the cement. And be sure to tell them exactly what you want. For the most part it was excellent service a few snafoos but nothing is perfect . they are pretty close to perfect though .

I hired California Sunrooms through Home advisor. Unfortunately I had the worst nightmare in my life.They charged me $84,000 which was supposed to be $30,000 Then I find out they threw extra cement on my yard. Never ever have I had such bad experience. They are so intimating and pushy That I wrote a bad check. If anyone want to call me about what Im going through, please feel free 707XXXXXXX my name is Terra P.S I looked on line the kits for this sunroom was worth only $1200
