Fence is great and the install crew did a nice job. The admin side is hit or miss on commits as related to schedules. It was difficult to maintain a schedule

They were wonderful, except the fact that the gate they put in will not shut without locking in property. We've called them for 2 weeks, and they haven't come out yet to correct yet, which they said that they would after the first call.

Really Like the fence. All work was completed on time. Reccommend!

The people that installed the fence were fine just had to be redone by the fence guy. I would recommend the fence guy but I would not the workers that installed the fence.

I did not appreciate the attitude of the installers, some what rude. The gate was done incorrectly and they had to come back out.

Now THIS is professionalism. This guy(the fence guy)has this down to a science. Prompt, reasonably priced in comparison to others, friendly, professional attitude, hard workers, and they did it all in ONE DAY!

My experience with this company was discusting. Their attention to detail and customer service is non existent both in the office and with the site crew. Pllant's, folage and sprinkler system was destroyed on my and neighbors property. Empty bottles and garbage were left each night and at the end of the job even after it was brought to the attention of the site manager and office manager. This company just does not care or realize ITS ABOUT SERVICE

Sales, Customer Service, and variety of products available was great. My only criticism is the lead time it took from selection to actual install (a month) and that the confirmed installation date was moved on the actual scheduled installation date after I had already taken the day off of work.

The work quality is exceptional. The installation crew is very good; No complaint about their work. They even fixed my neighbor gate and install the post for them (no extra charge). The only negative I have is the salesman mistakingly told me the wrong installation date; let me hung dried on that date but on very next week, they'll come over and done the job.

Is The Fence Guy The same as "Fence It Up"..? If so we are on the same page of contractors. The actual Installation wen pretty good over the 2 days project. But the lead Sales Person screwed up the actual order & Office staff need alot of re-Training and Customer Service help..! I'm still paying them off over a 3 mo. period of Time. Was and am "Ex-Treamly" disappointed with Salemen & Office staff..! Installer and crew were very Good how ever, but still abit touch up work needed ..!

I wish I could use this company for everything!! Very excellent in all areas.

Excellent experience from the initial quote to the completion of the job. Installers were great, sales girl was great. i would definatley refer them to anyone needing fencing.
